By Alan Berger

I’ve been trying to get the angle
On her latest story
She said she loved me once
Then she made me sorry
Now she is hanging a new one
On her line
But it’s this reporter’s opinion
She’s lying

Everything she spews
Sounds like a bulletin
And let me say this
I fall for them
Then it’s right from the pan
Into the fire
But It’s this reporter’s opinion
She’s a liar

But oh, for the shape of things
Oh no, for the spin on things
The pleadings from her
For my continued
Desirers
It’s also this reporter’s makeup
I’ll always have a weak spot
For liars
