Anand Neelakantan’s Ajaya released

ajayaAnand Neelakantan is ready with his second fictional work – Ajaya published by Leadstart Publishing. Anand manifested his amazing writing and imaginative skills in his debut novel – Asura. Like Asura, Ajaya is also based on one of the defamed sides of Hindu mythology. While Asura was based on the life of Ravan – the villain from the Ramayan without whom Ram could never had got a godly status, Ajaya brings into the limelight the Karvas from the Mahabharat.

AJAYA : Epic of the Kaurava Clan – Roll Of The Dice is believed to be a yet another great work from the author who is an engineer and works with Indian Oil Corporation. For most of us, Anand’s debut work Asura – Tale of the Vanquished was a surprise bestseller of 2012, breaking into the top seller charts within a week of its launch. Interestingly the novel matched the literary standards and seriousness.

Given his style of writing, it would be unfair to compare him with Amish Tripathi whose Shiva trilogy was also a mythological playground. Anand is far better a writer compared to Amish and is equipped with all kinds of imaginative tools that help him to produce a great work. Indeed, Anand set the hopes high with his first novel. We expect yet another stunner. If he disappoints, he will pay the price for it along with his publisher.
