Poem: Lucid moments
By: Sunil Sharma
Under a grey-blue sky,
Pouring rain below,
By parting curtains of
Ballooning clouds
Dark and pregnant,
Walks this young mad,
A woman with
Sparkling eyes,
And a bright smile,
Looking heavenwards,
Talking to those that
Live there unseen by us;
The mad woman in perfect
Sync with the elements,
While young executives,
Rush to offices,
Tiffin boxes in bags,
Fancy/black umbrellas in hand,
Frown lines on faces,
Very stressed-out,
In the morning,
Lacking the lucidity of the mad.
