Poem: My Ex’s Car
By: Minako Biedenbach
My boyfriend always lies right to my face
My ex has a nice new car and it’s black
It’s time I put my boyfriend in his place
And if he’s smart then he’ll shape up his act
I’m really done ‘cause my love life is crap
He tells me he’s alone when he’s with hoes
One day I’m going to break his kneecap
But it’s okay ‘cause it’s the life he chose
I want to be in my ex boyfriend’s car
Because I know that he won’t lie to me
I’m pretty sure that it is a jaguar
Together we can drive to see the sea
But I have to stay with my current boy
Because I don’t deserve the real mccoy
