‘Unrestrained’ and other poems by Kristine Joy

Unrestrained
The world is bizarre and obscure, yet so beautiful;
Like a hot chocolate with melted cheese in it,
Isn’t it ridiculous?
But strangely tastes delicious,
We let ourselves get trapped in a cage,
Doing what others dictate.
Why don’t we let Elsa choose her path?
Becoming an emo queen isn’t that bad.
Let’s explore,
Even if everything gleamed and you embraced darkness,
It does not matter since darkness is astounding;
Heating up the world full of rose-colored things,
Indirectly giving a message,
To give meaning in a darkest way
Is perhaps more useful than light.

Brewing in the sky
appears after the sunset
the afterlight came

Unrequited Love
I hope we’re having the same feeling on us
I love the scenery, please stop the time
Demented mind, can’t live without your smile
Rumors have spread, ”The Romeo and Juliet”
You just smiled, what was running in your mind?
I hope we’re having the same feeling on us
Bought fries for me just being friendly
I’m easily craved by your sweet actions
Demented mind, can’t live without your smile
May I ask who’s Rose in your messenger?
Who am I to ask you in the first place?
I hope we’re having the same feeling on us
Stop asking me, you’re being concerned
You’re like whiskey that running in my blood
Demented mind, can’t live without your smile
Time’s running, the feelings cannot define
The tulips bloom not even during spring
I hope we’re having the same feeling on us
Demented mind, can’t live without your smile
