Search for meaning

By: James Aitchison

In every soul, there is a quiet core.
It is immune to fear, hunger,
strife and conflict, and the
impermanence of life cannot
penetrate it unless permitted.
The essence of your soul
listens to the quiet Voice
that speaks with detachment.
Like thousands of seeds
scattered to the winds
are the souls of those blind
to the truth, unable to hear.
They can but watch your
progress and your strength.
See therefore not through
the physical eye, but through
the infinite eye of your soul.
