Poem: A Painful Rose

By: Tiffany Lee

If a flower could feel,
Then it would know only love.
But the rose does not know the pain it gives to others,
Its thorns wear the blood of others.

With a touch of the rose,
The whole world starts to spin,
Everything’s a blur,
All disorganized.

White roses stand for innocence,
Red roses stand for love,
But if a rose of innocence,
Wears its victim’s blood,

Is that too a rose of love?

Tiffany Lee loves exploring and graphic designing. Every time she looks at a shirt, she’s always wondering how she can make her own design better. When she’s not experimenting with designs on Photoshop, she’s improving her calligraphy and painting with watercolors.
