Whenever encountering increases in powers that might maim,
Could kill, mostly present aftereffects of implacable persons,
Whose homas fill up medical wards, also cemeteries,
It’s best to avoid escalations.

All in all, catastrophic happenings rarely result from buildups
Of favorable consequences, else “accidental” circumstances.
More verily, incidents get caused by wickedness coursing
Thru small minds, incomplete thinking.

Be aware, surges in the likelihood that goodness won’t result
Usually reflect sentiments too grim for mere orotund retorts.
Quiet better deconstructs such attitudes and their children.
Regenerative views, too, clarify such shambles.

Regenerative

No perspicacity ever reincarnated beliefs killed by social pressures.
Rather, systems aiming to restore, else enhance civilization often
Collapsed from rampant antinomy.

See, when averring fact, it’s vital to weigh remaining in one’s lane
Vs. disobeying edicts meant to cull critical thinking. After all,
Freedom relies on forgetting docility and foolishness;
We receive no prize for living “innocently.”

Rather, weigh against the “vitality” of fame and fortune the richness
Of Truth found in quiet confrontations, deep trust, forwarded
Kindness, the sorts of actions chiming with seeded hope,
With suggested faith in outcomes that elicit sunny
Moments, result in regrowth, renewal.

Of Limquats

Of limquats, of water and white sugar, blender, measuring cups,
Love for grandchildren gauged by parfait glasses, else by
Homemade sock puppets.

When worldly blizzards land on familial spaces, when monsoons
Flood dear hearts, it’s caring to weigh hugs and kisses via
Kitchen instruments and extra blankets.

Too often faff replaces tender words, safety, when close bonds are
Sundered by gibbous sentiments expressed without censor or
Haptic realizations of shattered links.

Transformative moments, after all, are secured by dog-eared toys
Stuffed with decades of tears, dreams, rebirth, and by candied
Fruits processed with heart.
