Poem: When Cloud is Rain

By: Kousik Adhikari

Twisting clouds
Hung over balcony, mother rushes
Fetching clothes, now the chubby queen
Shall surely cry, looking abortive
As she cries. On a roof near my fingers
Three females leaping
Over harassing raindrops,
While drops listen female stories
Turn pyramid in touch
Of three female rain laughing together.
